Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Sale Items Policy

ALL SALE, DISCOUNTED, OFFER, CLEARANCE, AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR SALE ITEMS.

If you ordered the wrong size, do not like the product, or wish to exchange it for any personal preference reason:

  • Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  • The replacement product will be dispatched after successful quality inspection of the returned item.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos as proof.

In such cases:

  • The company will bear the shipping charges.

  • After inspection and approval, a replacement will be processed.

  • Replacement delivery generally takes 7–10 business days.


Replacement Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will confirm eligibility for replacement.

  • Approved replacements will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

If the same item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An alternative product of equal value, or

  • Store Credit equivalent to the order value.


Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for size issues, change of mind, personal preference, or sale items.

Where a replacement cannot be provided or a refund request is approved as per company policy:

  • Refunds will be issued only in the form of Store Credit.

  • Store Credit can be used for future purchases on our store.

  • Store Credit details will be shared within 10 business days after approval.

No cash, bank, UPI, card, or original payment method refunds will be processed unless required by applicable law.

The company reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
