- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, or promotional offers
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
- Products without original tags or packaging
3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be covered by The Bulk Zone.
- For size changes or customer preference returns, shipping charges may apply.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
