Thank you for shopping with The Wild Forge. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must include original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any).
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene-related products
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Clearance, discounted, or final sale items (unless damaged or defective upon delivery)
DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Please share:
- Clear photos/videos of the package and product
- Order number
Claims made after this timeframe may not be eligible.
REFUND POLICY
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
If Approved:
The Wild Forge does NOT provide refunds in cash, bank transfer, UPI, card reversal, or original payment method under any circumstances.
Instead:
- The approved refund amount will be credited only to your The Wild Forge Store Wallet / Store Credit account.
- Store Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Store Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
- Wallet balance cannot be converted into cash or transferred to any bank account or payment app.
By placing an order with The Wild Forge, you agree to this refund policy.
EXCHANGES
We replace products only if:
- The product is defective
- The product is damaged during delivery
- Wrong product/size was shipped by us

SALE ITEMS
Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless received damaged or defective.
SHIPPING RETURNS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
